I have read the guidelines and hereby certify and understand that the attached “My Favorite Sport” entry is the original work of the student named above and he or she is between the ages of 8 and 12, born in 1994-1998.  Any submissions that do not follow the age guidelines will not be accepted per ICAF guidelines.  I further understand that the child’s artwork becomes entirely the property of the Naregatsi Art Institute and cannot be returned. I agree that the artwork may be published, exhibited or reproduced by NAI and ICAF without compensation. I also understand that the artwork may be sent in reproduced form to other organizations for use, without further authorization or compensation to the artist or parent/guardian. I will indemnify and hold NAI and ICAF harmless from any claims of infringement of copyright by any third party regarding the artwork.
