Naregatsi Art Institute Shushi Center, given the role and importance of computer literacy in the 21st century, has opened a class for teaching computer skills, headed by Samvel Bektashyan.
Samvel Bektashyan is an experienced specialist, a freedom fighter during the Karabakh liberation struggle, who conveys computer skills to the Shushi school children and youth, helping them to get integrated into the development processes.
