Aristotel: Poetics
Aristotle’s Poetics (335 B.C.) is a treatise devoted to the theory of drama. According to the ancient catalogs, it consisted of two parts, of which only the first has reached us.
The second part was supposedly devoted to the analysis of comedy; and information on its content is perhaps given in Koalenovsky’s treatise.
