After a week’s work, Nakian Art Schhol students had their first exhibition in Shoushi at NAI and dedicated it to the first anniversary of the center. On August 31 they participated in the event organized for the first anniversary of NAI’s center in Shoushi. On September 5th, their first exhibition in Yerevan was opened to the public at Naregatsi Art Institute’s center in Yerevan. The show included some paintings which the students had painted in Anjar and the ones they had painted in Shoushi. After the opening day, the students were invited to an interview on a morning show on H1 and a radio show where they talked about their school and their trip to Armenia and Artsakh. On September 11, NAI organized a gathering where Raffi Andonian on behalf of “Nakian Art School” thanked Nareg Hartounian and Tomas Aintablian for giving them this opportunity, and promised to come back soon.
