Between April 20th and 30th "Naregatsi" Art Institute presents series of measures titled
"Commemoration through the spirit of art"

20.04.2009 Monday 
At 18:00 exhibition "Adana - 100" devoted to 100 year memorial anniversary of massacre in Adana .The participants are artists who will present their artworks in different genres and styles. There will also be presented  a documentary which has been prepared  by "Naregatsi" Art  Institute and will include historical facts, archive records, historian’s opinions and comments about massacres of Armenians in April of 1909, which took place in Adana and other populated  areas.  The exhibition will last till  April30.

21.04.2009 Tuesday 
At 19:00 "Aratta" ensemble  presents an evening of literature and music dedicated to Daniel Varoujan’s 125th birthday anniversary.

22.04.2009 Wednesday,  presenting film
At 16:00 "Genocide without comments", producer Karen Gevorgyan At 19:00 "April", Producer Vigen Chaldranyan.

23.04.2009 Thursday
At 19:00 ethnographer Arusyak Sahakyan invites to have a discussion about our perceptions of Genocide, Armenian folklore, especially about its influence at music art.

24.04.2009  Friday
At 19:00 "Commemoration through the spirit of art ". Concert and memorial evening dedicated to the memory of victims of Genocide. The participants are-  "Shoghakat" ensemble, ethnographer Arusyak  Sahakyan ,"Aratta" ensemble, "Naregatsi" Folk Instruments Youth ensemble, "Garni" vocal quintet and "Paros" Choir.
