Naregatsi Art Institute is devoted to institutionalizing sensitivity in Armenia to the special needs of handicapped & disabled people. To this end, the facilities of the art center have been thoroughly outfitted with handicapped access, with a special elevator built for them and all the basic needs thus employing a full time with the hope of setting an example for other institutions and organizations in the country. The facilities in Yerevan will be mirrored by a sister site located in Karabagh, in the city of Shoushi.
